5. Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

If your order has already been dispatched through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

the order must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

Tracking information will be provided once shipment confirmation is issued.

Customers who refuse delivery after shipment may still be responsible for:
